How long do repairs take?
Most jewelry repairs are completed within 2 to 4 weeks, depending on the work needed, and estimates are provided before service begins.
How much does ring resizing cost?
Ring resizing typically starts at $65 and varies based on the metal type, band width, and setting.
Can you do watch repairs or change out watch batteries?
We offer in-store watch repair, battery replacement, and band sizing, handled by our experienced jewelers.
Can you restring pearls?
We provide expert pearl and bead restringing by hand, along with care guidance to ensure lasting beauty and wear.
What is your return policy?
We offer store credit within 30 days of purchase for eligible items. Custom jewelry, special orders, and altered pieces are final sale.
